MEETING IN PORTUGAL

The first meeting in Portugal was held from the 19th till 24th of November.

PROGRAM OF THE VISIT TO BARCELINHOS – PORTUGAL

WEDNESDAY, 18th NOVEMBER - Teachers’ arrival

THURSDAY, 19th NOVEMBER

8.30 – Meeting in the hotel lounge and walk to school
9.00 – Meeting with the school director and visit to school.
10.00 – Coffee break with the teachers
10.15 – Meeting with the students involved in the project and PowerPoint presentations of all the schools.
12.15 – Lunch in the school canteen
14.00 - Project meeting: evaluation of the work done until the moment. (achievements/problems/ difficulties). Planning the work to be done in the first year of the project (creation of the blog, the logo, the multimedia dictionary, the quiz, the next meetings)
17.00 – Walking back to the hotel
19.00 – Dinner at the restaurant

FRIDAY, 20th NOVEMBER 2009
8.30 – Meeting in the hotel lounge and walk to school
9.00 – Project meeting - going on with the plan for the work to be done. (Final conclusions).
12.00 – Lunch in the school canteen
14.30 – Reception by the local authorities and guided tour in Barcelos.
19.00 –Dinner at a restaurant.

SATURDAY, 21st NOVEMBER

All day trip to the Minho region ( by bus)

SUNDAY, 22nd NOVEMBER / MONDAY, 23rd NOVEMBER

Some teachers’ departure. (Program to be discussed with the others)
